This website is operated by Stenderup Jewellery. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stenderup Jewellery.  

 

All information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.  

By making a purchase from, or using the site you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and entered into a binding agreement with Stenderup Jewellery. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. 

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. 

Stenderup Jewellery reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions, users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.  

Payment
On www.StenderupJewellery.com you can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. The payment must be completed in full before the production of your purchase can begin. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.

 

We reserve the right to price changes as a result of VAT increases and changed tax rules, as well as inflation.​

Taxes and Duties

The prices displayed on www.StenderupJewellery.com are inclusive of all Taxes and Duties for customers within the EU. You can be sure that there will be no surprise fees when you receive your order. For ALL OTHER NON EU COUNTRIES, please be aware that additional duties / import taxes may apply when you get the parcel, depending on your country and region. If you have any question about the amount, please get in touch via email.

Delivery

Stenderup Jewellery provides free shipping to the following countries:
EU, UK, Canada and US.

In order to be able to offer further routes fully insured, we charge 25 Euro shipping and insurance costs for all other countries. Stenderup Jewellery ships worldwide with the exception of:

Israel, Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea or any country in war like Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Russia, Ukraine.

Each piece of jewellery is made to order, which means that the waiting times are a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait when your package arrives! The time from order to dispatch can take up to 3-6 weeks, depending on your purchase.

However, we reserve the right for stock management errors and out-of-stock items for production. It cannot be guaranteed that sold-out goods will be back in stock, but we aim to give our customers an answer as quickly as possible if errors or deficiencies should occur with an order. 

If there are significant changes to the delivery time, we aim to inform the buyer of this as soon as possible by contacting the buyer directly.

When your package is sent, you will be notified via email or SMS.

Freight

The security of our packages is important, which is why all our packages always have a tracking number.

Stenderup Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays as all shipments are handled by a third party. Stenderup Jewellery uses sub-suppliers to carry out the freight and once the order has been handed over to the freight company, Stenderup Jewellery has no further information about the package than the information provided by the tracking number on the freight company's website. The tracking number will also be sent to you once the package has been handed over to the shipping company.

Stenderup Jewellery is not responsible for delays that are the responsibility of the recipient, for example that the recipient cannot receive the delivery or if the recipient has provided incorrect delivery information, or is unable or unwilling to cooperate with the shipping company. As long as the order is in the hands of the shipping company, it is the shipping company that is responsible.

If you regret your purchase

Stenderup Jewellery takes pride in our high-quality jewellery, as well as our social and environmental responsibility efforts. In order to be sustainable wherever possible, we create jewellery to order and do not have a warehouse facility. With this decision, returns and exchanges are much more difficult to accommodate.

However, we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. That's why we do accept returns on some of our necklaces and earrings that are not personalized by gemstone size, metal type and color. The jewellery must be UNWORN, UNMARKED, without scratches, and in the original packaging with all items inside. All our rings are made to your unique sizing and preference, we can therefor not accept returns on any rings.

 

If you need to make a return request, contact us here within 5 days of receiving your order and we will arrange from there. 

​In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

Returns on Bespoke and Customized Pieces

Since our bespoke and customized jewellery pieces are uniquely made just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

All Gift Cards are final sales - non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

If you need to change or cancel your order, we can only accommodate this before your order goes to production, which is within 48 hours of your order confirmation. Contact us here as soon as possible if any changes must be made.

How it works

If a return is processed, we will provide you with instructions at that time. Your order fee will be returned when we receive your unworn and undamaged jewellery.

Items purchased with a gift card may be refunded to the gift card amount.

Return costs and refunds

Please be aware, that you will be charged for the shipping fee for the delivery and return of your order. Once we receive and control the jewellery you're sending back, we will get in touch and keep you informed about your refund. This process can take up to 5-10 working days.​

Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.​

 

Personal data policy
When you shop with us, you accept that we process your information in accordance with our personal data policy. You can read our personal data policy HERE

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

- Name 
- Address 
- Phone number 
- Email address

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Stenderup Jewellery and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent (when you approve our trading conditions), so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

Employees at Stenderup Jewellery have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information submitted to www.StenderupJewellery.com is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not record any personally sensitive information.

 

When using Trustpilot, however, relevant information is forwarded in relation to reporting the site.

As registered with Stenderup Jewellery, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to Stenderup Jewellery, here.

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, labor-related disputes, orders from governments, erroneous deliveries from suppliers, extraordinary circumstances such as Stenderup Jewellery does not affect, but affects the contract between Stenderup Jewellery and their customer, then will Stenderup Jewellery not be responsible for fulfilling the terms specified above.

 

Disclaimer

How a product from Stenderup Jewellery used is the bearer of the product's responsibility and how it is kept is the product's owner's responsibility. Stenderup Jewellery and no company under Stenderup Jewellery, its employees, managers, individuals or owners, may be held responsible for any accident, injury, suffering or otherwise that anyone or anything may have caused, directly or indirectly, with a product from Stenderup Jewellery.

Complaint access
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us here. If, contrary to expectations, we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant board in the area, if the conditions for this are met.​
